How we charge

Outcome-based pricing: you pay only when the number moves

Outcome-based pricing means our fee is a share of the measured gain in one number you choose, above a starting point set from your own data. If the number does not move, you pay no fee.

How an outcome agreement works

Five steps. The first two are free, and nothing is billed until the third shows a gain.

  1. We read your data

We sign an NDA, then read the data behind the number with read-only access. We show you where you lose customers, revenue or staff time.

    Free
  2. We agree one number in writing

Together we choose the number, define it precisely, set its starting point from your own history and agree our share and how long it lasts.

    Free
  3. We build the fix with your team

We implement what the diagnostic points to: product changes, CRM journeys, funnels, automation or AI. We train your people to run it after we step back.

    No fee yet
  4. We measure our part

We compare against a control group where we can. Where we cannot, we adjust for season and marketing spend, by a method agreed before work starts.

  5. You pay from the gain

Our fee is the agreed share of the gain above the starting point, for the agreed period. Below the starting point, the fee is zero.

Numbers we can be paid on

Each agreement names one number and its starting period. These are the four we write most often.

Checkout conversion
The percentage of visits that end in a paid order. Starting point: usually the six-month average.
Repeat customers
The percentage of customers who buy again within 90 days. Starting point: usually the twelve-month average.
Loan volume
The value of loans approved and paid out each month. Starting point: usually the six-month average.
Handling time
Staff minutes per case, from open to closed. Starting point: usually the three-month average. Here our share comes from the saving.

The difference is who carries the risk when nothing improves.

What is and is not billed

There is no retainer and no fee for activity. The diagnostic and the agreement are free. We carry the cost of our own work.

Third-party costs, such as software licences or cloud services, are agreed with you before work starts and billed at cost. If none are needed, there are none.

For a new product we launch together under your brand, the model is the same: no fee to start, then a share of the product's revenue.

Questions about outcome-based pricing

How big is your share, and for how long?
We agree the rate and how long it lasts in writing, before any work starts. Our share applies only to the gain above your starting point.
What if the number improves for other reasons?
Before we start, we agree how to measure our part. Where we can, we compare against a control group. If not, we adjust for season and marketing spend.
What do we pay if the number does not improve?
No fee. We carry the cost of our work. Licences and cloud costs, if any, are agreed with you up front and billed at cost.
What do you need from us?
Read-only access to the data behind the number, and time with the people who run it. We sign an NDA first.
How is a growth partner different from a marketing agency?
An agency usually runs campaigns and bills for the activity. We work on whatever holds the number back, in your product, CRM, funnels or operations, and bill only on the measured gain.
Which companies do you work with?
Companies in Saudi Arabia and the GCC with one number worth moving and the data to measure it, from scale-ups to large enterprises.
